A beautiful white stucco fronted house, this substantial family home required updating and reconfiguring to reflect the family’s lifestyle. A primary goal was to reconfigure the spatial flow of the building by relocating and replacing the staircase with a new cantilevered oak structure across all four floors. Plaster work, windows, doors architraves, cornices and skirting were replaced with sensitive attention to detail. The family now enjoy a restored home that has a new sense of detail and a wonderful sense of calm.
