Originally built in the 1960s, this mid-century house nestled on a hilltop in the leafy area of Highgate has been entirely reimagined and re-envisioned. The L-shaped, three-storey building transformed completely, bringing abundant natural light into all spaces and giving the property a modernist touch while elegantly homaging its origins. Slimline windows and lighter-coloured oak floorboards run through the rooms, making a shift to warmer tones possible, while sliding glass panels and panoramic windows seamlessly connect the split-level floors to the garden and reveal the picture-perfect nearby park.
